n ships via Fedex Priority International or DHL Priority International worldwide, TNT/Fedex of domestic.
All shipments originate from Milan-Italy, therefore you may pay custom duties depending on where you live.

Please know that there are several trade agreements between Italy (or the EU) and a few extra EU countries where in some cases forego custom duties:
USA - According to a trade agreement between Italy and the US, all apparel orders shipped to the US, under the value of 800$, benefit for no custom duties. Taxes are not applied to orders shipping from outside the US.

Canada - According to CETA, online orders coming from the EU enjoy a preferential origin treatment (made in Italy, made in the EU), foregoing custom duties. 
VAT may still apply, check with your authorities.

Japan - Trade agreement with Italy, where 
online orders enjoy a preferential origin treatment (for products like fashion made in Italy), forego custom duties. VAT may still apply, check with your authorities.

Most of NGNM's products are made in Italy, and just a very small part is made in the EU.

Order Processing:
All orders received before 2pm CET (Central European Time) will more likely to be processed on the same day. Alternatively they'll be processed on the next business day.
Shipping times for regular service in 
major European and Worldwide areas are 1-3 business days. NGNM accepts no responsibility for any delay your shipment may have. 

Shipping costs vary from country to country, and are shown to your final order. **

Important: reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer on orders for multiple items whose total weight exceeds 2kg, or if delivery is in a remote area (carriers charge more). In case of the latter, should an access point/drop-off be available, arrangements can be done for a pick up c/o the access point delivery instead, if at all available, to avoid an extra charge. NGNM's customer service will contact the customer prior to sending the package.

NOTE: In an effort to minimise costly returns, please get in touch with Customer Service before placing an order to ensure that you've picked the correct size.
Each time an item is returned, both you / the customer and us pay a price.
This cost can be avoided by simply checking your size with our Customer Representatives. Size charts are useful BUT they don't consider how you'd like the item to fit on you. Our representatives have charts with past clients purchases and can guide you best.

Free shipping for 300€+ orders, worldwide, unless the delivery is in a remote area. In this case NGNM has the right to request payment for the excess (remote area charge) the carrier applies to the total shipment. 

Custom Duties and VAT:
If you are shopping from outside EU you may have to pay for inbound duties and /or local VAT.
Please know that inbound duties and VAT aren’t avoidable, refundable, nor the order can be cancelled or sent back to avoid paying them. Customer is legally bound to paying them upon ordering on

NGNM is not responsible, nor is knowledgeable in any way, for instructing customers about inbound/VAT charges, nor is responsible for refunding them in case of a return.
Please know that all custom duties calculators are just estimates, and that the actual & final charges are calculated only by the local customs authorities and charged via the shipping carrier.

• Returns must be notified within 14 days of receiving your package by filling out this form at the RETURNS CENTER (accessible at the bottom of any page on our site).
• Items can be returned for a full refund, a store credit or a size exchange.
NGNM will take up to 14 working days to process your return from the date the return was filed through the form.
• All item/s must be first approved and then returned within 7 calendar days from receiving the approved return notification. Don't send in your product prior to receiving a confirmation for your return. NGNM won't accept returns if not previously filed via the system and approved by our team.
• Products MUST be returned in their original packaging with hang tags and other labelling.
• All items that have been tried on, must be returned in their original state, which means that there are no visible marks on the materials, no hair, skin or soil on the fabrics, no deformation of fabric or fit.
• Each item must be tightly folded in their original transparent plastic cover.

Upon receiving them, all items are subject to a final check by NGNM to assess whether they're in their original state and if the item can be re-sold to another customer.
Failing to comply with the original state rule, means that no refund will be made to the customer, or that the product is not eligible for a size exchange.
In this case the product will be sent back to the customer at their own expenses.

Please know that, for extra-EU returns, customs fees and duties paid at import, aren’t refundable. Returns are not free.

Returns/Size Exchange for EU
Customers ship the item at their own expense to NGNM's logistic facility in Italy.
Items can be returned for a full refund, a store credit or a size exchange.
In case of returning for size exchange, NGNM pays for the second shipment.

All refunds need to be processed within 14days from date of purchase and the items need to be shipped back by the 20th from the order.
If done within these terms, refunds are net of shipping fees.
If the full return is completed past the 20th day from the order date, the refund may be also net of EU VAT if it's been paid already on the customer's behalf.

Make sure to send the parcel with a tracking system, as NGNM is not responsible for lost parcels.

Items can be returned for a full refund, a store credit or a size exchange.
In case of returning for size exchange, NGNM will ship again from Italy at their own expense, while the customer is responsible to settle possible customs/VAT charges directly with the carrier (Fedex) on the exchanged order.

All refunds for UK orders are net of shipping fees, UK VAT, duties and custom fees that NGNM has paid on the Customer's behalf when sending the order.

Returns/Size Exchange for Extra UE - US and Rest of the World
Customers ship the item at their own expense.
NGNM offers a preferred Fedex rate which includes producing and preparing all the paperwork needed (Commercial Invoice, Custom Declaration, Preferential origin statement etc.) and labels.
After filing the return at the RETURN CENTER please contact our Customer Support agent in case they haven't already, and ask to quote you the preferred Fedex rate.

Items can be returned for a full refund, a store credit or a size exchange.
In case of 
returning for size exchange, NGNM pays for the second shipping cost, but is not responsible for any customs/VAT charges on this second inbound or outbound shipment (should there be any) - the customer is responsible to settle these directly with the carrier (Fedex), or with No Gods No Masters®.

Exceptions to refunds and size exchanges
Products sold at or above 30% off, during "end of the season" sales, or Black Friday may be returned for a size exchange if within the EU, but not for a refund, unless stated differently during the sale (i.e. all sales are final).
For all UK, US and the rest of the world orders, all sales are final during any promotional sale at or above 30% off, Black Friday, "end of the season" sales or discounted conditions unless stated otherwise.
