No Gods No Masters® is an EU-based merchant headquartered in Milan, Italy.
All orders are shipped from Italy.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship worldwide using:

FedEx Priority International or DHL Express Worldwide

TNT/FedEx (for domestic Italian shipments)
The carrier is selected based on destination and operational efficiency.
ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 14:00 CET are typically processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 14:00 CET are processed the next business day.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated transit times for major European and international destinations are typically:

EU: 1–3 business days

USA / UK / Canada / Japan: 1–3 business days

Rest of the World: 2–5 business days
Transit times begin after dispatch and exclude customs clearance delays, which are outside NGNM’s control.
While we work with express carriers, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, handling for remote locations, weather events, or unforeseen carrier delays.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and order weight.
Free shipping applies to orders over 300€, worldwide.
If a delivery address falls within a carrier-defined remote area subject to a surcharge, we will contact you prior to dispatch to offer the following options:

Accept the remote-area surcharge,

Provide an alternative delivery address,

Or cancel the order for a full refund.
No additional charges will be applied without the customer's prior approval prior to shipment.
RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. NGNM is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
(Customs Duties & Import VAT)
All shipments originate from Italy and are sent DAP (Delivered At Place).
Depending on your country of residence, customs duties, import VAT, and clearance fees may apply.
These charges are assessed by local customs authorities and are collected by the carrier (FedEx or DHL) prior to delivery.
NGNM cannot predict, guarantee, or control the final amount of customs duties or VAT applied by your country.
TRADE AGREEMENTS & PREFERENTIAL ORIGIN
98% of NGNM's products are made in Italy or the EU. Where applicable, certain countries may benefit from preferential EU origin treatment under trade agreements.
Examples include:

United States – Before April 2025, shipments valued at USD 800 or less generally qualify for duty-free entry under US de minimis rules. After April 2025, and the Supreme Court rulings, in 2026, it's not clear whether tariffs will be applied or not.

Canada – Under CETA, eligible EU-origin goods may benefit from reduced or zero customs duties. Import VAT and provincial taxes may still apply.

Japan – EU–Japan trade agreement may reduce or eliminate customs duties on qualifying goods. Consumption tax may still apply.

United Kingdom – EU-origin goods may qualify for preferential duty treatment under post-Brexit trade arrangements. Import VAT may apply and is determined by UK authorities.
Final determination of duties and taxes rests exclusively with local customs authorities.
DAP SHIPPING TERMS
International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) unless otherwise specified.
This means:

NGNM covers shipping to your destination.

The customer is responsible for payment of any import VAT, customs duties, or clearance fees required for delivery.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, VAT, or clearance charges:

Any return shipping costs,

Carrier handling fees,
-
Storage fees,
-
Or customs clearance charges incurred
will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT NOTES ON CUSTOMS & RETURNS
Customs duties and import VAT paid to local authorities are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable by NGNM in case of a return. Pls see the Returns Policy page.
