• Our sizing has an Italian fit, which is fitter at the waist and may be smaller than your "true to size" standard in your country.

Here's the process to follow:
1- select your body shape
2- check the height & weight chart to get an approximate idea of your size
3- check the sizing table of the garment that shows the ACTUAL garment measurements, and compare to your favorite item.
4- cross-check your measurements and see which size you're closer to.

A few things to keep in mind:
• The weight/height chart below is BROAD and doesn't take into consideration the different fit of each garment, how you like to wear your kits (tight to the body vs looser and more comfortable), or your body shape. It provides you with just an estimate to use as a base.
• Rely on the sizing chart with the garment measurements. When compared with your favorite top/bottom sizes, you can be sure to order an item close to what you're used to.
• Each manufacturer has its own fit. S in Castelli doesn't translate automatically in an S in NGNM.
• If you're in between sizes and if you're buying shorts/bib shorts and you're a Pear Shape or have stronger/more muscular legs, then go for the larger size.
• Conversely, if you're purchasing tops, and you're an Inverted Triangle or Hourglass or your bust size is on the larger size, then size up.

• Please make sure to connect with our customer service BEFORE ordering, especially if you're ordering from outside of the EU, to ensure the correct sizing of our products.
