Please read the Event General Sale Terms and Conditions (GSC) carefully as they represent the basis upon which bookings are accepted by No Gods No Masters® / Whitegrey srls and the conditions upon which you and No Gods No Masters® / Whitegrey srls have entered into this agreement as far as the Events offered go.
General Sale Term & Conditions for No Gods No Masters® physical products are ruled under a different GSC agreement.

GENERAL

(1) These general event sale conditions (GSC) apply with regard to all the cycling events („event“) carried out by No Gods No Masters®, as the registered mark of Whitegrey Srls („Organizer“).

(2) With their inclusion via registration on the event website the GSC regulate the contractual relationship between the contracting party and the Organizer (“participation agreement”). The “contracting party and or individual participants” and therefore the Organizer’s contracting party and entitled to assert a claim against the Organizer is exclusively the party that obtains the event services via the respective event website; this applies explicitly even if the event services include entitlements to participate or other services in favor of third parties.

3) The contracting party acknowledges that a mandatory requirement for participation in the Organizer’s events is to submit a valid liability statement for the respective event that is available (unaltered) on the respective event website, including acknowledgment of the respective applicable regulation contained therein. The contracting party shall ensure that the Organizer has originals of the participation agreement signed by all those individuals for whom the contracting party obtains event services under the participation agreement no later than when accredited. Individuals who have not submitted a declaration of liability will not be admitted to the event without the contracting party accruing any rights from this.

(4) The contracting party acknowledges that a mandatory requirement for participation in the Organizer’s events is to submit a valid liability statement for the respective event that is available (unaltered) on the respective event website, including acknowledgment of the respective applicable regulation contained therein. The contracting party shall ensure that the Organizer has originals of the participation agreement signed by all those individuals for whom the contracting party obtains event services under the participation agreement no later than when accredited. Individuals who have not submitted a declaration of liability will not be admitted to the event without the contracting party accruing any rights from this.

(5) The contracting party guarantees that the details of individuals he has provided in the registration process are correct and complete and the individuals concerned are entitled to participate as defined in the respective regulation.

Introduction: United We Are tour (UWAT-UWAG)

All reference to the ‘United We Are tour” or 'United We Are Gravel' refers to No Gods No Masters®, Whitegrey Srls, all products connected to the tour, all services (paid and/or free), its staff, employees, subcontractors, agents and representatives.
All reference to the “United We Are Client”, “Customers”, “Riders” or “Client” refers to business partners clients (Tour Operators, Coaching Companies, ...) and End-Consumers who are purchasing directly on our website. All are bound, as a condition, to comply with the rules set out below.

These event General Sales Conditions (hereafter: “GSC”) form an integral part of the contract between the Client and United We Are tour (UWAT) or United We Are gravel camp (UWAG). The rights and obligations of the Client and United We Are tour (UWAT) or United We Are gravel camp (UWAG) are based on the individual written contract, the present GSC and legal regulations. The information contained in United We Are tour (UWAT) and United We Are gravel camp (UWAG) publications are also to be taken into account.

1. Offer description
The United We Are tour (UWAT) and 
United We Are gravel camp (UWAG) Offer are composed of the following Products:

1.1. The United We Are tour (UWAT) is made of four or five (4 or 5) stages and associated entry fees, while the United We Are gravel camp (UWAG) is made of three (3) cycling days and associated entry fees.

1.2. UWAT and UWAG extra-services offer an access to services linked to the participation to the events. Extra-services, such rental bike options, extra transfers inbound / outbound, single room occupancy and any other paying option not included in the event entry fees, are not included in the  respective registration fees and need to be purchased separately.

2. United We Are tour (UWAT) & United We Are gravel Camp Calendar – Season 2022
2.1 United We Are tour (UWAT) May 23-29 2024.
2.2 United We Are gravel camp (UWAG) September 27- October 2 2024
IMPORTANT: This list is subject to modification. UWAT/UWAG retains the right to add new events to the list or cancel events in the conditions stated in Section 14 hereafter.
2.3. UWAT Price phases
Phase 1 - 30 seats available until February 14, 2024 or max capacity of 30 pax. 
Full price tickets, road bike rental or single room supplement is extra.
2.4. UWAG Price phases
Phase 1 - For everyone who purchases UWAG ticket starting June 30th-July 5 2024 will be gifted one pair of NGNM socks.
Phase 2 - From July 6-July 20, 2024 or max capacity of 30 pax, full entry, no gift.

3. Conditions of sale
3.1. Period of sale:
United We Are tour (UWAT) tickets are on sale from January 14, 2024 until the annual quota of entries (30 people max), or February 14 2024, whichever comes first. After which it’ll be publicly announced as “Sold Out”.
United We Are gravel camp (UWAG) goes on sale from June 30th 2023 until July 20th 2024 or until reaching the 
quota of entries (30 pax).
After which it’ll be publicly announced as “Sold Out”.

3.1.1. Should an event be in high demand and should the hotels allow for it, extra quotas may be added. Nevertheless, the Organisation has the right to launch a waiting list for UWAT/UWAG in order to offer access to other participants in case of Clients’ cancellation.

3.1.2. IMPORTANT:
The UWAT/UWAG tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis. Bicycles available for UWAT/UWAG are capped at 10 bikes maximum.

4. Placing an Order
4.1. To place an Order, the Client must be 18 years of age or over, at the time of the order. This tour is gender specific, and is offered only to women.
The Organisation has the right to cancel the purchase should the requirements above may not be met.
4.2. The Client may place an Order by "adding to cart" the ticket entry on the UWAT/UWAG product page on No Gods No Masters website. After that, they must initiate the check-out process directly via the website and follow instructions for payment methods like any other purchase. The Organisation will not accept Orders placed in any other way than those listed above.
4.3. When the Client places an Order, NGNM portal will issue a Web Confirmation Order Number.
4.4. After the registration period is over, the Organisation will send out an email to all 
UWAT/UWAG participants with a link to the Participants' Questionnaire, which each Client is bound to fill out within 5 days from receiving it.

The information collected is key to tailor all UWAT/UWAG services and manage logistic needs. If for some reason, upon receiving the questionnaire results it appears that a Participant is not qualified to participate in the event, the Organisation has the right to refuse and cancel the order by refunding the full amount, minus the administration fee (80€) within 7 days.

4.5. Whilst UWAT/UWAG will make every effort to supply the Client with the Products and Services listed on the travel package product page, there may be occasions where UWAT/UWAG is unable to supply these Products. In such circumstances, UWAT/UWAG will contact the Client to inform her and may suggest alternative Products that Client might wish to purchase.
4.5.1. If Client accept UWAT/UWAG’s suggestions in writing, it automatically revises the previous Order Confirmation.
4.5.2. If Client does not accept UWAT/UWAG’s suggestions, then the Client’s Order will be canceled in full.
4.6. Information contained in UWAT/UWAG advertising, brochures, other written materials, on UWAT/UWAG web site or given to Client by UWAT/UWAG’s agents or employees constitutes an invitation to treat. No such information constitutes an offer by UWAT/UWAG to supply any Products.
4.7. UWAT/UWAG is not liable for Order errors which are attributable to the Client or which are caused by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
4.8. In the case NGNM's events go sold out, the Organisation has the right to issue a waiting list in case of participants' cancellations. The order in which the list is managed, is on a first come, first served basis. The first ones subscribing to the list will be picked out first. 
Customers will signup for the waiting list right on the event product page.
4.9. The organisation will get in touch with the waitlisters via email in case of cancellations or ticket openings, as late as a few days prior to the event start. 

5. Prices
5.1. The price for the Products will be the price indicated on Client Invoice and as indicated at provision 3.1.2.
5.2. In case of subsequent increases of the actual costs incurred, UWAT/UWAG reserves the right to increase the purchase price of the package after conclusion of the contract, in particular in the following cases:
5.3.1. Increase in transportation costs, including the cost of fuel,
5.3.2. Increase and/or introduction of taxes and/or duties (e.g. tourism taxes, official fees, increase in VAT, etc.),
5.3.3 Modifications to the exchange rates applied to the particular package,
5.3.4. Billing and/or publication errors.
5.4. Price increases can be applied no later than twenty (20) Business Days before the planned start of the event. If the price increase is more than 8 % of the price of the event, the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract free of charge within five (5) days of notification of the price increase.
5.4.1. In this case, the customer is free to take a replacement event as far as this is possible. If the replacement event is of lower quality than the contractually agreed event, the Client may demand compensation for the reduced value.
5.4.2. Any other claim is excluded.

6. Paying your Products
6.1. The UWAT/UWAG tickets are only sold in Euros (€).
6.2. Client may pay for Client’s Products by the methods of payment as may be displayed on the payment section of the NGNM portal.
6.3. If Client is paying by credit card, then Client must supply credit card details when Client places his Order. Client’s credit card will be charged when UWAT/UWAG issues Client’s Invoice. UWAT/UWAG reserves the right to verify the identity of the credit card holder by requesting appropriate documentation.
6.4. Payment plan option
A payment plan option may be offered just to UWAT Clients who are purchasing UWAT in full as per Phase 2 (no promo nor gift). Clients will be charged the current registration fee in three equal instalments. To elect the payment plan, a client needs to request this option in writing by sending an email to info@nogodsnomasters.life. Payments schedule will be established case by case by the Organizer depending on when the Client purchases UWAT event entry. Third and final payment will have to be made no later than three months prior to the start of the event.
Once registered via the payment option plan, the client will receive a receipt email for the first payment from NGNM portal.
All three payments must be completed for a client to attend the event – partial payments will not be refunded or honoured as registration. Clients electing the payment plan may also utilise the deferral option listed below once all three payments have been completed.
For UWAG there isn't any tiered payment plan.
6.5. For UWAT payment plan, the Organisation will send request for payment, Invoice, and Products at the e-mail address indicated on the payment plan request email.
6.6. In case of delays in paying each instalment, UWAT Organisation has the right to cancel the trip and to charge cancellation and administration fees, as detailed in the conditions of Section 10 hereafter.

7. Purchase confirmation
7.1. After each purchase made on NGNM portal, Client will receive a confirmation email with her Invoice and the detail of her Order and order number.

8. Rules & Regulations
8.1. Registered Clients are informed that each UWAT/UWAG events can require specific conditions to register. These conditions are mentioned in the Rules and Regulations of each Event that registered clients agreed to at the time of registration and can be found here: https://nogodsnomasters.life/pages/uwat-rules-and-regulations and

9. No transferable Products
9.1. UWAT/UWAG entries & Extra-services are nominative. They cannot be transferred to anyone else under any circumstances. Each event & Extra-Service are issued in the Client’s name and can only be used by the Client. Identity checks will be made systematically at the registration day of the event.
9.1.1. Any unauthorised use of the UWAT/UWAG entries & Extra-services will result in immediate cancellation of the entry and extra-services with no compensation of any kind.

10. Cancellation of an Order by Client
10.1. Client may withdraw from the Event or modify its Order at any time prior to the start of the Event. The declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing. The withdrawal becomes binding as soon as it has been confirmed in writing by UWAT. The decisive date for the determination of the resulting cancellation fee is the date of notification of the withdrawal declaration to UWAT/UWAG.
A booking secure insurance is extra and available for purchase through the Organiser. All policy details are found here.
10.2. The following fees are applicable in case of cancellation:
10.2.1. Administrative fees in case of cancellation: 80 €

10.2.2. UWAT Cancellation fees:
From registration opening to February 1st 2024 - 100% refund (of registration fee) minus administration fee
From February 2nd, 2024 to March 1st, 2024 - 70% refund minus administration fee
From March 2nd, 2024 to March 23 2024 - 40% refund minus administration fee
From March 23rd to the commencement of service – 0% refund.

10.2.3. UWAG Cancellation fees:
From registration opening to July 15th 2024 - 100% refund (of registration fee) minus administration fee
From July 16th, 2024 to August 10th, 2024 - 30% refund minus administration fee
From Aug 10th, 2024 to the commencement of service – 0% refund.

10.4. The terms and conditions of Sections 14 and 15 hereunder are reserved.
The Organizer is responsible to refund only what's detailed above here. The cancellation penalty is refunded by the booking insurance. 

12. Suspension and Cancellation/Termination
12.1. In the event of a substantial error at the time of the conclusion of the contract, in particular in the case of errors of calculation and/or publication of the ticket price, UWAT/UWAG is entitled to terminate the contract. The Client is entitled to a refund of the payments made.
12.2. If the minimum number of participants for an Event is not reached, UWAT/UWAG is entitled to cancel the contract up to twenty (20) Business Days before the planned start 
of the Event at the latest. The Client is entitled to a refund of the payments made solely pertaining to the UWAT/UWAG ticket paid to NGNM, minus the administrative fee of 50€. Further claims for compensation are excluded (see 12.3.1 for all of the details).
12.2.1 If the Client, residing in the Schengen Treaty countries, has enrolled in the travel protection insurance* (Booking Secure) against health related conditions (including Covid) or work related conditions offered by the Organizer, is then entitled to a refund of the cancellation fees - as listed at 10.2.2 and 10.2.3 provision - by the insurance company. Administrative fees are not refundable. In this event, UWAT /UWAG is only responsible for refunding the according percentage of ticket entry price minus the administrative fee, as per 10.2.2. and 10.2.3 provision, and the client will be responsible for opening a ticket with the insurance company and go through the process with them.
12.2.2
The Organizer is not required, nor responsible in any form to open, manage or follow up on any claims on behalf of its clients.
The insurance claims office offers support in 5 languages and the client will follow up with them in the desired language.

12.3. UWAT/UWAG events:
12.3.1. Termination by UWAT/UWAG:
If UWAT/UWAG cancels the Event more than twenty (20) Business Days from the Event Date, UWAT/UWAG shall return the full amount of any deposits and pre-payments to Client made, according to the amount invoiced to Client minus the administrative fee of 
50 €.
No compensation will be given to Client for other costs (direct or indirect) related to the purchase of any of the product of the UWAT/UWAG Offer (transportation fee, insurance (if not taken with UWAT.UWAG), family expenses (travel, hotels).

12.3.2. Late Termination by UWAT/UWAG:
If UWAT cancels the Event less than twenty (20) Business Days from the Event Date, UWAT/UWAG shall return the full amount of any deposits and pre-payments to Client made according to the amount invoiced to Client plus a 10% discount on any UWAT future events. No other compensation will be given to Client for other costs (direct or indirect) related to the purchase of any of the product of the UWAT Offer (transportation fee, insurance (if not taken with the UWAT), family expenses (travel, hotels).

12.4. Inappropriate Behavior:
If the Client or a participant under his/her responsibility makes the continuation of the contract intolerable for UWAT/UWAG due to inappropriate behaviour, UWAT/UWAG is entitled to withdraw from the contract or to terminate it. Inappropriate behaviour is also considered to include the fact that the Client's medical condition is clearly not consistent with the conditions indicated in the description of the Experience or the conditions assumed in good faith. In those cases, the Client must pay the treatment and cancellation fees as per 
10.2.2. provision.

12.5. Country lock-down due to Covid-19:
If participants are unable to participate to UWAT event due to travel restrictions imposed by their local authorities in response to the Covid-19 epidemic, the Organisation will refund the full entry fee minus the administrative fees (80 €) .
Likewise if the Organisation cancels the Event due to country lock-down measures, UWAT/UWAG shall return the full amount of any deposits and pre-payments to Client minus the administrative fees (80 €), or offer a voucher valid for the subsequent UWAT/UWAG edition scheduled at a second date or the following year.
The Organisation is not held responsible for refunding any other costs (direct or indirect) that the Participant has sustained to participate in UWAT/UWAG, including and not limited to transportation, insurance (if not taken with UWAT/UWAG), family expenses (travel, hotels).

13. Force Majeure
13.1. UWAT/UWAG shall not be liable hereunder by reason of any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder on account of strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storm, earthquakes, explosions, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, war, governmental action, labor conditions, or any other cause which is beyond the reasonable control of UWAT/UWAG.
13.2. In the above-mentioned cases, the descriptions of the services in the general publications of UWAT/UWAG are not binding. The Client is not entitled to a refund of the purchase price in case of limited or reduced service provision due to an unforeseen and unavoidable event (force majeure). Any other claim for compensation on any grounds whatsoever will be denied.
13.3. In the above-mentioned cases, UWAT/UWAG has the right to withdraw from or terminate the contract.
13.3.1. If the contract is cancelled before the start of the Event, the Client may choose a replacement event as far as this is possible and agreed with UWAT/UWAG.

13.3.2. In the event of cancellation after the start of the Event, any replacement event and claims for compensation by the Client are excluded, in particular compensation for additional costs (e.g. flight or hotel costs).

14. Claims
14.1. Obligation of immediate claim: In case of claims during the Event, the Client must immediately inform the UWAT/UWAG organisers and/or Local Agents. UWAT/UWAG will do its best to find appropriate solutions. If no appropriate solution can be found on the spot, the Client must obtain written confirmation UWAT/UWAG (facts, list of defects). However, the Local Agent are not authorised to recognise requests made by the Client.
14.2. Client compensation claims:
The Client must notify the Organiser in writing with the confirmation indicated in provision 16.1 within 30 days of the end of the event. In the absence of notification and/or confirmation in accordance with point 16.1, the Client is not entitled to any compensation.
14.3. If any of the Services are not performed in accordance with the Contract, UWAT/UWAG shall remedy the lack of conformity, unless that is impossible or entails disproportionate costs, taking into account the extent of the lack of conformity and the value of the travel services affected.
14.4. Client may reject the proposed alternative arrangements only if they are not comparable to what was agreed in the Contract or if the price reduction granted is inadequate.

15. Limitation of Liability
15.1. UWAT/UWAG is responsible to the Client for the proper execution of the contract, regardless of whether the services due are to be provided by itself or by other service providers.
15.2. Liability for all damages other than personal injury is limited to twice the price of the event for each contract.
15.3. UWAT/UWAG Organisation is not liable if the non-performance or non-contractual execution of the contract of the Event is due:
15.3.1. Failure by the client (e.g. non-compliance with entry requirements, non- transportation due to pregnancy, criminal sanctions).
15.3.2. Unpredictable or unavoidable failures by third parties (e.g. delays by transport companies, strikes, disruptions in the provision of services by third parties)
15.3.3. Unpredictable or unavoidable circumstances or force majeure (e.g. war, natural disasters, withdrawal of landing rights, authorities' provisions, lack of driving licenses, epidemics and pandemics and associated official measures)
15.4. In all cases, UWAT/UWAG's liability is limited to the sums resulting from international conventions or national laws in force. In such cases, a more extensive liability of UWAT/UWAG is excluded.
15.5. Assignment of claims for damages and/or compensation: If UWAT/UWAG compensates the Client for damage caused by a Service Provider, the Client's claims for compensation against the Service Provider are transferred to UWAT/UWAG.

16. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
16.1. The contractual relationship between the Customer and UWAT/UWAG is governed exclusively by Italian law.
16.2. Subject to imperative legal regulations (notably the Italian Code of Civil Procedure), the place of jurisdiction is given by the legal headquarters of UWAT/UWAG.

17. Others
17.1. Authentic language: The English version shall prevail.
17.2. Invalidity of a clause: Should one or more of the above clauses be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
17.3. UWAT/UWAG may modify the GSC unilaterally at any time. It publishes electronically the current version of the GSC.
