Events Terms & General Sale Conditions 2025
Please read the Event General Sale Terms and Conditions (EGSC) carefully as they represent the basis upon which bookings are accepted by No Gods No Masters® / Whitegrey srls and the conditions upon which you, the Client, and No Gods No Masters® / Whitegrey srls, have entered into this agreement as far as the United We Are Events go.
General Sale Term & Conditions for No Gods No Masters® physical products are ruled under a different GSC agreement.
GENERAL
(1) These general event sale conditions (EGSC) apply with regard to all the cycling events („event“) carried out by No Gods No Masters®, as the registered mark of Whitegrey Srls („Organisation or Organiser“).
(2) With their inclusion via registration on the event website the EGSC regulate the contractual relationship between the contracting party and the Organisation (“participation agreement”). The “contracting party and or individual participants” and therefore the Organisation’s contracting party and entitled to assert a claim against the Organiser is exclusively the party that obtains the event services via the respective event website; this applies explicitly even if the event services include entitlements to participate or other services in favour of third parties.
3) The contracting party acknowledges that a mandatory requirement for participation in the Organisation's events is to submit a valid liability statement for the respective event that is available (unaltered) on the respective event website, including acknowledgment of the respective applicable regulation contained therein. The contracting party shall ensure that the Organiser has originals of the participation agreement signed by all those individuals for whom the contracting party obtains event services under the participation agreement no later than when accredited. Individuals who have not submitted a declaration of liability will not be admitted to the event without the contracting party accruing any rights from this.
(4) The contracting party acknowledges that a mandatory requirement for participation in the Organisation’s events is to submit a valid liability statement for the respective event that is available (unaltered) on the respective event website, including acknowledgment of the respective applicable regulation contained therein. The contracting party shall ensure that the Organiser has originals of the participation agreement signed by all those individuals for whom the contracting party obtains event services under the participation agreement no later than when accredited. Individuals who have not submitted a declaration of liability will not be admitted to the event without the contracting party accruing any rights from this.
(5) The contracting party guarantees that the details of individuals he has provided in the registration process are correct and complete and the individuals concerned are entitled to participate as defined in the respective regulation.
Introduction: United We Are Events (UWAT-UWAG-UWAG-EX-DOLOMITI)
All references to the ‘United We Are tour” or 'United We Are Gravel' or 'United WE Are Dolomites', or 'UWA Gravel Expedition' refers to No Gods No Masters®, Whitegrey Srls, all products connected to the events, all services (paid and/or free), its staff, employees, subcontractors, agents and representatives.
All reference to the “United We Are Client”, “Customers”, “Riders” or “Client” refers to end-consumers who are purchasing directly on our website. All are bound, as a condition, to comply with the rules set out below.
These event General Sales Conditions (hereafter: “EGSC”) form an integral part of the contract between the Client and United We Are events (hereafter: “UWA events”), namely United We Are Tour (UWAT) or United We Are Gravel camp (UWAG), United We Are Dolomites (UWAD) and United We Are Gravel Expedition (UWAG-EX). The rights and obligations of the Client and all UWA events are based on the individual written contract, the present EGSC and legal regulations. The information contained in all UWA events publications are also to be taken into account.
1. Offer description
The UWA events composed of the following:
1.1. The United We Are tour (UWAT) for four or five (4 or 5) stages and associated entry fees,
The United We Are gravel camp (UWAG) for four (4) cycling days or stages and associated entry fees,
The United We Are Dolomites (UWAD) for 2.5/3 cycling days and associated entry fees,
The United We Are Gravel Expedition (UWAG-EX) for four (4) cycling days and associated entry fees.
1.2. All UWA events extra-services such as: bike rentals, additional transfers inbound / outbound, single room occupancy, extra meals, excursions or visits and/or any other extra service are not included in the event entry fees, and need to be purchased separately.
2. United We Are Events Calendar – Season 2025
2.1 United We Are tour (UWAT) May 22-28, 2025.
2.2 United We Are gravel camp (UWAG) September 26- October 1, 2025
2.3 United We Are Dolomites (UWAD) June 19-22, 2025
2.4 United We Are Grave Expedition July 18-23, 2025
IMPORTANT: This list is subject to modification. The Organisation retains the right to add or remove events in the conditions stated in Section 11, 12, 13 hereafter.
2.6. UWAT Price phases
Phase 1 - 30 seats available until February 28, 2025 or max capacity of 30 pax. Full price tickets based on double occupancy; road bike rental or single room supplement are extra.
2.7. UWAG Price phases
Phase 1 - 30 seats available until July 15, 2025 or max capacity of 30 pax. Full price tickets based on double occupancy; road bike rental or single room supplement are extra.
2.8 UWAD - Price phases
Phase 1 - 6 seats available until March 1st, 2025 or max capacity. Full price tickets based on double occupancy; single room supplement is extra.
2.9 UWAG-EX Price Phase
Phase 1 - 10 seats available until March 31st, 2025 or max capacity. Full price tickets based on double occupancy; single room supplement is extra.
3. Conditions of sale
3.1. Period of sale:
United We Are tour (UWAT) tickets are on sale from November 29, 2024 until the quota is reached (30 people max), or due date February 28 2025, whichever comes first. After which it’ll be publicly announced as “Sold Out”.
United We Are gravel camp (UWAG) goes on sale from May 15th 2024 until July 17th 2024 or until reaching the quota of 30 pax.
After which it’ll be publicly announced as “Sold Out”.
United We Are Dolomites (UWAD) goes on sale from November 29, 2024, until March 1st, and the United We Are Gravel Camp Expedition Finland, goes on sale on December 7, 2025 until March 15th, 2025.
3.1.1. If an event experiences high demand and hotels permit, extra ticket entries will be added. The organisation firmly reserves the right to create a waiting list to ensure that, in case of cancellations, other participants may take over.
3.1.2. IMPORTANT:
All United We Are tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis until either the maximum participants' quota or the registration deadline are reached. Bicycle rentals for UWAT/UWAG are capped at 10 bikes maximum per event.
4. Placing an Order
4.1. To place an Order, and register for United We Are Events, the Client must be 18 years of age or over, at the time of the order. This tour is gender specific, and is offered only to women.
The Organisation has the right to cancel the purchase should the requirements above may not be met.
4.2. The Client may place an Order by "adding to cart" and purchase the ticket entry on No Gods No Masters' website. The Organisation doesn't accept Orders placed via third party platforms.
4.3. After purchasing a ticket entry to any of the UWA events, the Organiser automatically issues a Confirmation Order Number, which is sent via email. Paying for any of the UWA events is equal to having registered for it.
No separate registration nor form is needed.
4.4. After registrations have ended, the Organisation emails each participant a Participants' Questionnaire to further tailor the cycling holiday experience.
The Client is bound to fill out within 7 days from receiving it.
If for some reason, upon receiving the questionnaire results, it appears that a Participant is not qualified to participate in the event, the Organisation has the right to cancel the order by refunding the full amount, minus the administration fee (100€) within 7 days.
4.5. Whilst the Organisation makes every effort to supply the Client with the services listed as part of the package advertised, there may be situations where is impossible to supply such services. In such circumstances, the Organisation will contact the Client and suggest alternatives.
4.5.1. If Client accepts such alternatives in writing, it automatically revises the previous Order Confirmation.
4.5.2. Should the Client not accept such alternatives, and together with the Organisation they weren't agreeing on how to mitigate the situation under acceptable circumstances, the Organisation will cancel the Client’s Order as per the cancellation policy at 10.0.
4.6. The Organisation is not liable for Order errors attributable to the Client or which are caused by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
4.7. In the case NGNM's events go sold out, the Organisation has the right to issue a waiting list in case of participants' cancellations. The order in which the list is managed, is on a first come, first served basis. The first ones subscribing to the list will be picked out first.
Customers will signup for the waiting list by emailing the Organisation.
4.8. The organisation will get in touch with the wait listers via email in case of cancellations or ticket openings, as late as a few days prior to the event start.
5. Prices
5.1. The price for any UWA event is listed on the product page.
5.2. In the event of an unexpected increase in actual costs incurred, the Organisation reserves the right to raise the purchase price of the registration fee after the purchase has been concluded, particularly in the following situations:
5.3.1. Increase in transportation costs, including the cost of fuel,
5.3.2. Increase and/or introduction of taxes and/or duties (e.g. tourism taxes, official fees, increase in VAT, etc.),
5.3.3 Modifications to the currency exchange rates applied to the particular vendor or location,
5.3.4. Billing and/or publication errors.
5.4. Price increases can be applied no later than twenty (20) business days before the planned start of the event. If the price increases more than 15 % of the original event's price, the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract within five (5) days of notification of the price increase. An administration fee of 120€ will still be applied against the full refund.
5.4.1. In spite of a full refund the Organisation has the right to offer a voucher in corresponding value paid by the Client, to be used against any future event on schedule.
In the event of price discrepancy, the Organisation will refund the difference minus a100€ service fee, or alternatively the Client will implement the fee with an additional payment.
5.4.2. Any other claim is excluded.
6. Paying for UWA events
6.1. All UWA event tickets are only sold in Euros (€) via the Organisation's website.
6.2. Client may pay using the payment options offered by the platform.
6.3. When paying by credit card, the Client must provide all credit card details matching Client’s country and address of residence. The Organisation ecommerce platforms automatically issues an invoice / order number after the credit card charge has been authorised and cleared by the platform.
6.4 The Organisation reserves the right to verify the identity of the credit card holder by requesting appropriate documentation.
6.5. Payment plan option
6.5.1. Paying in instalments for UWA events may be offered to those Clients paying the full entry price.
6.5.2. A two (2) or three (3) instalments plan can be offered and it's upon the Organisation to set the amount of each payment and due dates. The third or final payment must be made no later than three months before the start of the event.
6.5.3. The first payment is usually set at 50% of the event ticket price.
6.5.4. To apply for a payment plan, the Client needs to request it in writing by sending an email to info@nogodsnomasters.life.
6.5.5. The Organisation will email back an agreement contract listing the conditions for a deferred payment plan, including but not limited to payment sums and deadlines. The client will need to accept in writing such conditions, sign it and send it back.
6.5.6. The Organisation will send payment links via email or request wire transfers made to its bank account. In this case the Client must send to the Organisation all wire transfers receipts via email as a payment proof.
6.5.7. The registration must be paid in full for a Client to attend the event. In case of partial payments or delayed payments before the start of the event, the Organisation has the right to cancel the Client's registration and keep those partial payments, nor issue a voucher to use against future events.
6.5.8. All communication between the Organisation and Client will be conducted using the same e-mail address used to originate the payment plan request.
7. Purchase confirmation
7.1. After each UWA event ticket purchase made on the Organisation's site, Client will receive a confirmation email with an invoice/order number and order details.
7.2. Such order number equals to having registered for the event. No further registration form or details are needed, and the Client is considered automatically enrolled in the event.
8. Rules & Regulations
8.1. Each UWA event page clearly states and informs all prospective Clients about the specific requirements needed to participate in the tours, prior to registering. Some requirements define physical conditions and training requirements needed or the type of bicycle to use.
8.2 Such requirements, alongside all Rules and Regulations, are also communicated to all registered Clients, and not limited to, via email exchanges, event chats, newsletters or Zoom video calls.
For each UWA event, Rules and Regulations are sent to each Participant in form of a document pdf, that needs to be signed and sent back to the Organisation.

9. No transferable Products
9.1. UWA event registration entries and the extra services purchased are personal and strictly non-transferable. They are issued in the Client’s name and can only be used by the Client. This rule is absolute and cannot be circumvented under any circumstances. Identity checks will be made systematically on the registration day of the event to ensure compliance.
9.2 Any unauthorised use of UWA event entries and additional services will lead to immediate cancellation of the entry and services, without any form of compensation.
10. Order Cancellation by the Client
10.1. First and foremost, it's always advisable for all Clients to take up a travel insurance upon enrolling in any UWA events. The client may withdraw from a UWA event at any time before the start date, albeit abiding to cancellation rules and conditions set by the Organisation. The withdrawal request must be done in writing using the info@nogodsnomasters.life email address.
The request becomes binding as soon as the Organisation replies, and such date is decisive in determining the cancellation conditions and fees.
10.2. The Organisation has the right to apply cancellation administrative fee: 100 €
10.2.2. UWAT Cancellation fees:
From registration opening to February 28th 2025 - 100% refund (of registration fee) minus administration fee
From March 1st, 2025 to March 31st, 2025 - 50% refund minus administration fee
From April 1st, 2025 to April 22th 2025 - 40% refund minus administration fee
From April 23rd, 2025 to the commencement of service and after the event has begun – 0% refund.
10.2.3. UWAG Cancellation fees:
From registration opening to June 30th 2025 - 100% refund (of registration fee) minus administration fee
From July 1st, 2025 to July 31st, 2025 - 50% refund minus administration fee
From Aug 1st, 2025 to the commencement of service and after the event has begun – 0% refund.
10.2.4. UWAD Cancellation fees:
From registration opening to February 20th 2025 - 100% refund (of registration fee) minus administration fee
From February 21st, 2025 to March 28th, 2025 - 50% refund minus administration fee
From March 29th, 2025 to the commencement of service and after the event has begun – 0% refund.
10.2.5. UWAG-EX Cancellation fees:
From registration opening to March 30th, 2025 - 100% refund (of registration fee) minus administration fee
From April 1st, 2025 to June 1st, 2025 - 50% refund minus administration fee
From June 1st, 2025 to the commencement of service and after the event has begun – 0% refund.
10.3. In case of a Client cancellation who has enrolled in the travel protection insurance* (Booking Secure) offered by the Organisation, the Client is entitled to a refund of the cancellation fees by the insurance company as listed at 10.2.2, 10.2.3, 10.2.4 and 10.2.5 provisions.
Administrative fees are not refundable. The Client is responsible for opening a ticket with the insurance company and go through the process with them.
10.3.1. The Organiser is not required, nor responsible, and in any form, to open, manage or follow up on any insurance claims on behalf of its Clients.
The insurance claims office offers support in 5 languages and the client will follow up with them in the desired language.

11. Order Cancellation by the Organisation
11.1. In the event of unexpected situations due to logistics, hotel unavailability, or upon failing to reach the minimum participation quota needed for any of the UWA events, the Organisation has the right to cancel the event and fully refund the entry fee to its Clients minus a 100€ administrative fee.
11.2. In order to mitigate situations when the minimum quota is needed especially for UWAG-EX and UWAD, the Organisation may use a third-party payment system, where the Client's credit card gets charged only when the minimum quota is reached.
By first registering for the event on the website by putting 0€ down, the Client accepts a binding purchase agreement whereby if and when the minimum quota is reached, he must pay in full for event ticket registration price, as listed on the webpage.
11.3. Inappropriate Behavior:
If the Client's inappropriate behavior makes it intolerable for the Organisation to continue the contract, the latter has the right to withdraw and terminate the contract. Inappropriate behavior may also include situations where the client's medical condition does not align with the requirements outlined in the marketing pages and event Rules and Regulations agreement signed or the conditions assumed in good faith. In such cases, if the Organisation terminates the contract before the Event begins, cancellation policies and fees apply as per provisions 10.2.2., 10.2.3., 10.2.4., 10.2.5..
In case the Organisation terminates the contract while the event is running, no compensation nor refund is due to the Client.
12. Event Termination
12.1. If the Organisation cancels any UWA events more than twenty (20) Business Days from the start of the event, the Organisation shall return the full amount of any deposits and pre-payments made by the Clients minus the administrative fee of 100 €.
12.1.1. The Organisation is not responsible for refunding any other costs (direct or indirect) that the Client has incurred, and no compensation is due. Such extra costs may be, and not limited to, transportation (air or ground), travel insurance, collateral hotels reservations, gear purchased for the event, etc.
12.5. Country lock-down due to Covid-19:
If participants are unable to participate to any UWA events due to travel restrictions imposed by their local authorities in response an epidemic such as Covid-19, the Organisation will offer either a voucher to be used for another NGNM event, or refund the full entry fee minus the administrative fees (100 €) .
Likewise if the Organisation cancels the Event due to country lock-down measures, the Organisation will offer either a voucher to be used for another NGNM event, or refund the full entry fee minus the administrative fees (100 €) .
12.5.1. The Organisation is not responsible for refunding any other costs (direct or indirect) that the Client has incurred, and no compensation is due. Such extra costs may be, and not limited to, transportation (air or ground), travel insurance, collateral hotels reservations, gear purchased for the event, etc.
13. Force Majeure
13.1. The organisation is not be liable hereunder by reason of any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder on account of strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storm, earthquakes, explosions, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, war, governmental action, labor conditions, or any other cause which is beyond their reasonable control.
13.2. In the above-mentioned cases, the descriptions of the services in the general publications of the UWA events are not binding. The Client is not entitled to a refund of neither the full purchase price, nor parts of it, if the service provided is limited or reduced due to an unforeseen and unavoidable event (force majeure). Any other claims for compensation, for any reason, will be denied.
13.3. In cases of force majeure, the Organization has the right to withdraw from or terminate the contract.
13.3.1. If the contract is canceled before the Event begins, the Organisation may offer at its own discretion the Client to select an alternative event, and if possible, enroll in that one instead
13.3.2. In the event the contract is canceled due to force majeure after the Event has begun, any claims for compensation by the Client are denied, including compensation for extra travel costs as per 12.1.1.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1. The Organisation is responsible to the Client for the proper execution of the contract, regardless of whether the services due are to be provided by itself or by other service providers.
14.2. Liability for all damages other than personal injury is limited to the price of the event for each contract.
14.3. The Organisation is not liable if the non-performance or non-contractual execution of the contract of the Event is due to:
• Failure by the client (e.g. non-compliance with entry requirements, non- transportation due to pregnancy, criminal sanctions).
• Unpredictable or unavoidable failures by third parties (e.g. delays by transport companies, strikes, disruptions in the provision of services by third parties)
• Unpredictable or unavoidable circumstances or force majeure (e.g. war, natural disasters, withdrawal of landing rights, authorities' provisions, lack of driving licenses, epidemics and pandemics and associated official measures)
14.4. In all cases, the Organisation's liability is limited to the sums resulting from international conventions or national laws in force. In such cases, a more extensive liability of the Organiser is excluded.
14.5. Assignment of claims for damages and/or compensation: if the Organisation compensates the Client for damage caused by a Service Provider, the Client's claims for compensation against the Service Provider are transferred to the Organisation.
15. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
15.1. The contractual relationship between the Client and the Organisation is governed exclusively by Italian law.
15.2. Subject to imperative legal regulations (notably the Italian Code of Civil Procedure), the place of jurisdiction is given by the legal headquarters of the Organisation, Milan, Italy.
16. Others
16.1. Authentic language: The English version shall prevail.
16.2. Invalidity of a clause: Should one or more of the above clauses be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
16.3. The Organisation may modify the EGSC unilaterally at any time. It publishes electronically the current version of the EGSC.
