For all 300€+ orders, shipping is free. reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer on orders for multiple items whose total weight exceeds 2kg, or if delivery is in a remote area. In case of the latter, arrangements can be done for access point delivery. In that case, NGNM's customer service will contact the customer prior to sending the package.

If you are shopping from outside EU you may have to pay for inbound duties and /or local VAT.

Please know that all custom duties calculators are just estimates, and that the actual & final charges are calculated only by the UK customs authorities and charged via the shipping carrier.

Returns must be notified within 14 days of receipt by filling out this form at the RETURNS CENTER (accessible at the bottom of the page).
Items can be returned for a full refund or a size exchange.
Important: in order to reduce size exchanges to a minimum, we encourage all customers to contact our customer service via email or via our convenient Whatsapp chat to be guided with sizing.

All item/s must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of notification. Products MUST be returned in their original packaging with hang tags and other labelling.
All items that have been tried on, must be returned in their 
original state, which means that there are no visible marks on the materials, no hair, skin on the fabrics, no deformation of fabric or fit, and that are tightly fold in their original plastic cover.
Upon receiving them, all items are then subject to a final check by NGNM to assess whether they're in their original state and if the item can be sold to another customer.
If the item has been damaged or changed from its original state, we're sorry, but no refund will be made.

Please know that, for extra-EU returns, customs fees and duties paid at import, aren’t refundable.
