No Gods No Masters® is an EU-based merchant headquartered in Milan, Italy.
All orders are shipped from Italy.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship worldwide using:

  • FedEx Priority International or DHL Express Worldwide, or UPS

  • TNT/FedEx or Poste Italiane (for domestic Italian shipments)

The carrier is selected based on destination and operational efficiency.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders placed before 14:00 CET are typically processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 14:00 CET are processed the next business day.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated transit times for major European and international destinations are typically:

  • EU: 1–3 business days

  • USA / UK / Canada / Japan: 1–3 business days

  • Rest of the World: 2–5 business days

Transit times begin after dispatch and exclude customs clearance delays, which are outside NGNM’s control.

While we work with express carriers, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, handling for remote locations, weather events, or unforeseen carrier delays.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and order weight. The shipping charge paid at checkout covers transportation from Italy to your destination.

Import duties, tariffs, taxes and customs clearance fees are separate charges that may be imposed by your country's customs authorities when your order enters the destination country.

Free shipping applies to orders over 300€, worldwide.

FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE IMPORT CHARGES.

Free shipping means that No Gods No Masters covers the cost of transporting your order from Italy to the delivery destination.

It does not include customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or customs clearance charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, remain the customer's responsibility and may be collected separately by the carrier before or after delivery.

If a delivery address falls within a carrier-defined remote area subject to a surcharge, we will contact you prior to dispatch to offer the following options:

  • Accept the remote-area surcharge,

  • Provide an alternative delivery address,

  • Or cancel the order for a full refund.

No additional charges will be applied without the customer's prior approval prior to shipment.

RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. NGNM is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - ALL Subject to Custom Duties & Import VAT

All shipments originate from Italy and are sent DAP (Delivered At Place).
Depending on your country of residence, customs duties, import VAT, and clearance fees may apply.

These charges are assessed by local customs authorities at the border and are collected by the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) prior to delivery. 

NGNM does not calculate, determine or collect customs duties, import taxes or tariffs, and cannot predict or control the final amount assessed by your country's customs authorities.

PRODUCT ORIGIN & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

Approximately 98% of No Gods No Masters products are manufactured in Italy or elsewhere within the European Union. Where applicable, the EU preferential origin of our products is correctly declared on all export documentation.

However, customs duties, tariffs, import taxes and any preferential treatment available under international trade agreements are determined exclusively by the destination country's regulations, which may change over time and are outside the control of No Gods No Masters.

The examples below are provided for general information only. Customers are responsible for familiarising themselves with the import requirements applicable in their own country before placing an order.

  • United Kingdom – as of 2022, since Brexit, orders shipped from the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance fees. Eligibility for any preferential treatment is determined by UK customs authorities.

  • Canada – Eligible EU-origin products may benefit from preferential treatment under CETA. However, GST/HST, provincial taxes, customs duties (where applicable) and carrier clearance fees may still apply.

  • United States - Important tariff notice - 

    Following changes to U.S. tariff policy introduced from April 2025, orders shipped from Italy to the United States may now be subject to customs duties, tariffs, and carrier clearance fees, even where previous orders were not. Final assessment rests with U.S. Customs.

     

    Final determination of duties and taxes rests exclusively with each jurisdiction's Customs, not by No Gods No Masters, and are collected by the carrier (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) on its behalf.
    They are totally separate from shipping charges and remain the customer's responsibility.

DAP SHIPPING TERMS

International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) unless otherwise specified.

This means:

  • NGNM covers shipping to your destination.

  • The customer is responsible for payment of any import VAT, customs duties, or clearance fees required for delivery.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Refusal of a shipment does not cancel the customer's obligation to pay import duties or carrier charges already incurred.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, VAT, or clearance charges:

  • Any return shipping costs,

  • Carrier handling fees,

  • Storage fees,

  • Or customs clearance charges incurred

will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTES ON CUSTOMS & RETURNS

Customs duties, tariffs, import VAT, brokerage fees and carrier clearance charges are paid to customs authorities or collected by the carrier. They are separate from the product price and from any shipping cost paid to No Gods No Masters.

No Gods No Masters does not receive these amounts and cannot refund, reimburse or credit them when an item is returned, exchanged, refused or found unsuitable.

A merchandise refund covers only the refundable value paid directly to No Gods No Masters, in accordance with our Returns Policy. Any request to recover customs duties already paid must be made by the customer directly to the relevant customs authority or carrier, where such a procedure is available.

The customer remains responsible for import charges connected with the original shipment, even when the merchandise is subsequently returned.
