NGNM Magic 921 Ride #EachforEqual on March 8, 2020

International Women’s Day: 8th March 2020 = NGNM 921 Magic Ride #EachforEqual

This year’s theme for IWD is #EachforEqual and is about 'Collective Individualism'

We are all parts of a whole. Our individual actions, conversations, behaviors, and mindsets can have an impact on our larger society.

Collectively, we can make change happen. Collectively, we can each help to create a gender-equal world. 

We have chosen to support the #EachforEqual campaign for this Women's day.
We can all choose to be EachforEqual. 

Join us for the NGNM 921 Magic Ride #EachforEqual March 8!

Why 921?
Because number 921 is the Magic Number of Faith and Trust in Yourself.

So this March 8, as women, No Gods No Masters is asking you to celebrate to both "putting trust in yourself & equal rights"!

Around the world, women can do their own NGNM 921 Magic #EachforEqual ride on March 8th, right from where they are, outdoors, with friends, alone or even indoors!

Here's how to:

1) GOAL SETTING - choose to ride one of the following:

Distance: 92.1km (or greater)
Time: 92 mins and 1 second (or greater - ideal if you're indoors)
Elev gain: 921m elevation (or greater)

2) RECORD RIDE - must record it on a GPS device or computer (if you're on Zwift or alike).

2) JOIN - NGNM STRAVA CYCLING CLUB (link here), it's free. Being a member of the club grants that we can view your images & activities.
If you're not on Strava and don't want to join it, please move on to step 5 directly.

3) UPLOAD - your ride to Strava with #NGNM921Ride #EachforEqual in the title by March 9, 8 pm CET.

4) UPLOAD & POST by March 9, 8 pm CET. -  2 images with your activity that describe the following:
- what makes your ride Magic? (scenery, friends, anything that shows your kind of magic)
- #EachForEqual pose (see image above or below)

5) POST ON IG & FB both images. Must use #NGNM921Ride #EachforEqual and tag us @NGNM_Cycling (IG) @nogodsnomasters.cycling (FB)

THAT'S IT! It's easier done than said. 😃

We'll pick 6 best "magic" shots and will be featured on NGNM social pages and blog! Check the rules below for deadlines and instructions.

Let's make some noise, let's get together on this special day to celebrate how far we've gone and the road ahead of us! Together we can do it!

Rules:
1. Activities must be entered between March 8 - March 9 at 8 pm CET 
2. All activities must be labeled with #NGNM921Ride #EachforEqual
3. All IG/FB posts must include #NGNM921Ride #EachforEqual and tag NGNM social accounts: @ngnm_cycling (IG) or @nogodsnomasters.cycling (FB). If you have IG connected to your FB account, please post just on 1 account.
4. One entry per person only. More than one will be disqualified.
5. One image only for each category, 1 for Magic Ride and 1 for EachForEqual, two in total. Posting more than 1 Magic Ride image will automatically disqualify the entry.
6. The internal NGNM editorial team will pick 6 winners only for the Magic Ride category. EachForEqual image doesn't run winning. This is an additional image to raise awareness on the #EachforEqual campaign.
7. Images will be sorted and valued at different levels and not limited to inspirational power, expression of theme, overall impression/impact, visual appeal, clarity of message.
8. Winners will be communicated on Thursday, March 12. Check back at this link nogodsnomasters.life/blogs/stories to see who's been selected. 
9. Images will be reposted on IF & FB on Saturday and Sunday March 14-15.
