Your training can support you all the way, your mindset can shift to become an NGNM queen, but the bottom line is that you must love climbing and spending many hours going uphill!
This is going to be a long hard effort, make sure you are suit for something like this, and prepare with perseverance and specific training that includes long distances & hours in the saddle; hill repeats; intervals for low / high rpm's; high power intervals; work on your FTP.
You do the work and we'll take care of the rest for you!
