20 Week Training Plan
Whether you're joining us on the United We Are cycling tour or not, this NGNM Training Plan is designed to improve all the skills a well rounded cyclist should have: climbing, endurance, speed and rolling hills.
You'll come out stronger and more comfortable riding in a variety of situations, whether that's in large groups, small groups or solo.
The FREE NGNM UWAT Training Plan
- What's included -
3 key weekly workouts x 20 weeks
5 cycling weekly workouts, of which 3 are KEY to complete.
All of them are tailored to your FTP value and are automatically uploaded onto Zwift (if synched with Training Peaks). Complete them on your own time. These workouts are designed by coach Lara Newell, CrushPod racing team member and NGNM Ambassador.
2 strength training workout days x week
Follow instructions and notes.
