All the measurements below are for the garment itself. To select the right size, take a similar item, place it flat and measure it as done below. All our garments are designed for performance and not for a relaxed fit.
This Jersey is more fitted at the waist than the Perfomance Jersey and labelled as "race fit"
The fabric stretches slightly after the first wear, so when wearing the first time will feel tighter to the body. Size up for comfort if a snug feel is not what you're after.

2- check the height & weight chart to get an approximate idea of your size
3- check the sizing table of the garment that show cases the ACTUAL garment measurements, and compare to your favorite item.
4- cross check your measurements and see to which size your closer to.

A few things to keep in mind:
• The chart below is GENERIC and doesn't take into consideration the different fit of each garment, how you like to wear your kits (tight to the body vs looser and more comfortable), or your body shape. It gives you an estimate only.

• If you're purchasing tops, and you're an Inverted Triangle or Hourglass or your bust size is on the larger size, then size up.
