2- check the height & weight chart to get an approximate idea of your size
3- check the sizing table of the garment that show cases the ACTUAL garment measurements, and compare to your favorite item.
4- cross check your measurements and see to which size your closer to.

A few things to keep in mind:
• The Weight/Height chart is GENERIC and doesn't take into consideration the different fit of each garment, how you like to wear your kits (tight to the body vs looser and more comfortable), or your body shape. It gives you an estimate only.

• If you're in between sizes and if you're buying shorts/bib shorts and you're a Pear Shape or have stronger/more muscular legs, then go for the larger size.
