The United We Are Gravel Camp (UWAG) is gender specific, and is open to women. This is a NON-COMPETITIVE event open to riders with previous gravel experience. The United We Are tour is only open to women cyclists. At the moment we cannot accomodate for non-cycling participants, i.e. husbands, partners, or children.

Included in your event entry ticket is a Booking Secure & Health Insurance coverage, made for those residing in the Schengen Treaty countries, Italy included. The insurance refunds your cancellation fees (should there be any) for illness, injury, Covid, or work related issues. Please see policy terms here, and read our GSC (General Sale Conditions) here.
Should you fall ill during the trip or be the victim of a road accident, this policy covers your medical expenses as well.
If you're not residing in a Schengen Treaty country, you're responsible for purchasing your own Travel & Health Insurance, without which you're fully responsible for cancellation fees and medical expenses.

It's highly recommended for all participants, regardless of their residing country, to get their own Personal Liability Insurance coverage, as it's not included in the Booking Secure & Health Insurance offered through UWAG.

Sure! If there's a friend you'd like to room with who's enrolled in UWAG, please let us know! As soon as you're enrolled in the event we'll send you a participant's survey where you can mark your preference.

Our meeting point is directly at the wine estate Officina del Sole, Contrada Montemilone, 163844 Montegiorgio (FM) Italy.
Please get there in the afternoon on Friday October 6th, no later than 5pm.
If you're renting a gravel bike we suggest to get there by 2-4 pm at the latest, so that you have time to get familiar with the bike and fit it to your measures and test it before the camp starts.

We'll send a participant questionnaire where you'll fill out your arrival and departure times, so that , if necessary we can arrange Airport / Train Station pick up (not included in the registration fee).

If you're driving from France, Switzerland, Austria or lower Germany you can conveniently park at the hotel for free.

Given we're not traveling from hotel to hotel during UWAG, but we're staying in the same location for the 4 nights, you're free to take the luggage that your airline allows you to take with you. 

Bikes will be stored in a dedicated space at the hotel. Bike bags can be stored there as well or if you prefer, in your car.

If you prefer not to travel with your gravel bike, there's the possibility to get a 3T Exploro bike from us. Availability is limited to 10-12 bikes in total, so please immediately email us should you be interested at info@nogodsnomasters.life

You'll have an option to flag this in the Registration Questionnaire during the onboarding process.
You'll need to provide all of your biometric measurements and current bike size in order for us to assign your the right 3T bike size for you.
*TIP: for comfort and fit, take your saddle with you. Make sure to bring your MTB shoes + pedals, and a second bottle cage. Those are not provided .

Participation to the UWAG is based on a double occupancy and twin beds. Should you be interested in a single occupancy, please inquire at info@nogodsnomasters.life . Availability is limited to just 4 single rooms, but we're SOLD OUT of single rooms already.
The double room for single use supplement is 250€ in addition to the standard entry fee.

Registrations officially close on August 7th 2023.
However, given we're accepting only a limited number of participants (no more than 25), registrations may close sooner in case we're selling out before August 7th, 2023. Availability is on a first come, first served basis.
